I am so sad to be writing this note to the Terry Family. My heart goes out to you as you suffer this tremendous loss. Five years ago - we lost one of our dearest friends in the line of duty - and it has left such a hole in our hearts. Line of duty deaths are so heart wrenching. They are just senseless on so many levels - but these brave individuals serve, protect and put their own life out there to protect us. Brian - THANK YOU! Terry Family - THANK YOU! Love and prayers from a Flat Rock high alum for your family.

A lot of attention is focused on our wars abroad, and rightfully so, but this brave agent is a casualty of an ongoing war on our own soil. May God bless his family and friends and may they take comfort in knowing that the entire law enforcement community stands with them and supports them.
