For Border Patrol Agent Brian A. Terry:

Our duty as law officers entails countless risks. One of the highest risks is in the arrest process. Our advantage is almost most difficult when subjects being arrested suddenly turn violent, especially when firearms are involved. We regret that our brother Brian would be mortally wounded. We rely upon all who wear a badge to hunt down the culprit, among those resisting, who escaped. May he receive no rest until justice is brought for Brian.

We pray for Brian's family, co-workers, friends and all who care about him. May they be ready to reach-out to one another in the days ahead.

I am proud to render Agen Brian Terry a final salute.

Cpl. Ralph D. Fiorenza (Ret.)
Pennsylvania State Police
