It is so sad that an experienced Officer loses his life like this. It just goes to show that you can really do everything right and still lose your life. I am certain that with his experience Officer Cooper knew this, which proves that this was a man of courage with a strong sense of duty. I am equally certain that his death will be a lesson to everyone who wears a badge just as his life of dedication and courage was. Rest in Peace my Brother! May God place His Loving Hands around your family and comfort them in this time of grief.
