It is so sad that an experienced Officer loses his life like this. It just goes to show that you can really do everything right and still lose your life. I am certain that with his experience Officer Cooper knew this, which proves that this was a man of courage with a strong sense of duty. I am equally certain that his death will be a lesson to everyone who wears a badge just as his life of dedication and courage was. Rest in Peace my Brother!
