Joe, you will be truly missed. You were a good friend and a true Trooper’s Trooper. Thank you for the many days you were my eyes in the sky keeping me safe. I will never forget the snow day you and I spent the entire day working accidents on I-64 west of Route 141. Being there with you made me feel much safer on those icy roads, and knowing you knew where we could get some hot chocolate made it even better. You are 10-42 970. Godspeed until we meet again.

Joe's picture says it all, for those who did not know him. He was a big man, who always had a smile on his face. He had a great sense of humor, and would do anything for anyone in need. He will never know the impact he has had on many lives. May God bless his soul and watch over the family and friends he left behind.
