As a fellow employee of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, I was saddened to hear this morning of Sergeant Schuengel's death. My deepest sympathies to his entire family, his friends and his co-workers at Troop C. It is my most fervent prayer, that in this very moment, Sergeant Schuengel has personally experienced the glories of Heaven and looked upon the face of God.
