I recently taught in Inspector Barnes class. He was very attentive and active student. He gave his all for all of us. God speed to Tim and his immediate family. Thank God we know that Tim is with the best of the best now.

I remember my last conversation with Tim. He sent me a text on 07-16-10 asking me about the NCASRO Conference. I told him it was not the same without him there. His name was brought up several times by fellow SRO's who also missed his presence. It was such a void without him there. The law enforcement community has suffered a great loss. Praying for the Barnes family. You will be greatly missed my brother!
