I am privileged to be among the first to leave a reflection Your heroism and service is honored today, the 1o4th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Time never diminishes respect and your memory will always be honored and revered.

Officer Crawford, I thank you for your service in helping to keep safe, one of America's most vital assets, its Railroads. The railroad is one of the reasons that this country became what it is today and women and men like you have always been needed to protect that asset. Sadly, too many railroad executives are these days forgetting the vital work you do and dismissing the Railroad Cop as an unnecessary expense. I feel we'll all suffer for it in the long run.
You are a hero. According to the Memorial Page it says that the suspects were found nearby, DEAD and that it is believed that you got them before passing. If this is true, I applaud your toughness and that you got some justice for the heinous acts of these two swine.
God Bless and may you forever Rest in Peace, Brother.
