Words can never adequately express the deep deep sorrow at having your loved one viciously taken from you. But with Gods help you can get through it, one day at a time. What a wonderful officer PO Thor was. God bless his family, you put your hand in Gods hand and let Him tend your broken heart, as only He can. My son , Bill Evans was one of the officers fallen in West Memphis, Ar. The peace that passes all understanding comes from an understanding God.

For Police Officer Thor Soderberg:
On any given day, the law officer is prepared to face the challenges, wherever they are found. The high risk that is involved justifies any amount compensation we might receive, and that many might decry. Thor, as many law officers before him, never reaped the benefit of retirement. Instead, he paid with his life. Such bravery brings the rest of us who wear a badge a very large measure of honor. We are indebted to Thor, and all such soldiers-of-the-law. We regret their fate. We behold such heros with the highest esteem among us, and the deepest respect found within ourselves. We remain forever grateful.
We pray for Thor's family, co-workers, friends, and all who care about him. May they be ready to reach-out to one another when the needs arise.
I am proud to render Officer Thor Sodenberg a final salute.
