My Dearest Family and Friends,

Something I'd like to say but first of all I want to let you know that I arrived okay.

I'm writing this from Heaven where I dwell with Our Lord above. Where there's no more tears or sadness just eternal Love. Please don't be unhappy because I'm out of sight, remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and Night.

The Day I had to leave you when my Life on earth was through God picked me up and hugged me and He said I welcome you.
It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone. As for your Dearest Family they'll be here later on.
I need you here so badly as part of my big plan. There’s so much we have to do to help our Moral Man.
Then God gave me a list of things that He wished for me to do, and foremost on that list of mine is to watch and care for you.
I'll be beside you every day and throughout the years, and when you’re sad. I'm standing there to wipe away your tears.
When you lie in bed at night the day's chores put to flight God and I are close to you in the middle of the night.
When you think of my life on Earth and all the loving years, because you’re only human they are bound to bring you tears.

Please don't be afraid to cry, it does relieve the pain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned, but if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand. One thing is for certain; though my life on Earth is over I'm closer to you now than I ever was before.

To My many Friends, Trust God knows what is best. I’m still not far away from you I'm just beyond the crest.

So, if you can help somebody who is in sorrow or in pain, then you can say to God at night my day was not in vain.
And now I am contented that with my life. It was worthwhile, Knowing as I passed along the way I made somebody smile.
If you meet somebody who is down and feeling low just lend a hand and pick him up as on your way you go.
When you’re walking down the street and you've got me on your mind just know I’m walking in your footstep only a half a step behind.
And if you feel a genteel breeze or wind upon your face that is me just giving you a great big hug or just a soft embrace.
I will always love you from the land way up above we’ll be in touch again soon

PS God sends his Love.

The Final Inspection
Author Unknown

The policeman stood and faced his God,
which must always come to pass.
He hopes his shoes were shining
just as brightly as his brass.

"Step forward now, policeman.
How shall I deal with you?
Have you always turned the other cheek?
To my church have you been true?"

The policeman squared his shoulders and said,
"No Lord I guess I ain't.
Because those who carry badges
can't always be a saint.

I've had to work most Sundays,
and at times my talk was rough...
And sometimes I've been violent
because the streets are awful tough.

But I never took a penny
that wasn't mine to keep...
Though I worked alot of overtime
when the bills just got too steep.

And I never passed a cry for help,
though at times I shook with fear.
And sometimes, God forgive me,
I've wept unmanly tears.

I know I don't deserve a place
among the people here.
They never wanted me around
except to calm their fear.

If you've a place for me here,
Lord, it needn't be so grand.
I never expected or had too much,
but if you don't... i understand."

There was silence all around the throne
where the saints had often trod,
as the policeman waited quietly
for the judgment of his God.

"Step forward now, policeman.
You've borne your burdens well.
Come walk a beat on heaven's streets.
You've done your time in hell."

It can never be said that you were only willing to give so much or to serve others only to a certain point. You gave all. You will be remembered always as a hero of heroes; your place among the honored and revered secured by your final act of selfless service. Words are insufficient for me to express the deep sorrow that my heart feels when I think of your family, friends and co-workers. I only pray that they surround and hold onto each other right now in this time of mourning. Rest in peace now brother, we'll take the watch from here.
