My Brother you were once raised by man and given a word to speak. It now though all to soon is time to use that word again as you are raised into Gods throne. You have walked on the square and level with man keeping the values we hold ever so true. We mourn the loss of a brother Mason, Law Officer, and friend. However brief the conversation you were always positive. It is time for you to rest and join God's Police force in heaven for you have already spent your time in hell.
You will be remembered !!!

They have arrested 2 suspects in connection with your murder; I hope the punishment fits the crime. No matter what punishment they receive, it will only be a fraction of the suffering that your family and fellow officers will feel for the rest of their lives. You are all in my prayers.

His Judgment Day:
The officer stood and faced his God, Which must always come to pass. He hoped his shoes were shinning, Just as brightly as his brass.
"Step forward now, Officer, How shall I deal with you? Have you always turned the other cheek To my church have you been true?"
The officer squared his shoulder and said, "No, Lord, I guess I aint, Because those of us who carry badges can't always be a saint.
I've had to work most Sundays, And at times my talk was rough, And sometimes I've been violent Because the streets are tough.
But I never took a penny That wasn't mine to keep.. Though I worked a lot of overtime, when the bills got too steep.
And I never passed a cry for help Though at times I shook with fear. And sometimes, God forgive me, I've wept an unmanly tear.
I know I don't deserve a place among the people here. They never wanted me around except to calm their fear.
If you've a place for me here, Lord, it needn't be so grand. I never expected or had too much, But if you don't...I'll understand.
There was silence all around the throne, where the saints often trod. As the officer waited quietly for the judgment of his God.
"Step forward now, Officer. You've borne your burdens well. Come walk a beat on heaven's streets, You've done your time in hell"

I just wanted to say that Tropper Brown seemed like a very nice and quiet guy. I saw him in the Forestville State Tropper barrick, while visiting on a false dui charge with alcohol level of .04, Tropper Brown, smiled at me and I thought now he's a nice guy why did he want to be a cop, I thought to myself, don't they know it dangerous especially for a Black Man.. but as the night came to an end that was my first and last time seeing Tropper Brown. When I found out about the shooting I was very distraught, now learning all the wonderful things he stood for and accomplished in his short life, he was indeed and extraordinary man, and I'm honored that he smiled at me during a difficult time for me so for that one smile... I will never forget Tropper Brown for that ray of sunshine when he smiled at me. God Bless you Tropper Brown and your family and friend. May you rest in Peace! Know this.. that you're living was not in Vain.

Another woman who knows what it is to be a widow before being a bride.
Another mother who learns the heartache of burying her child.
