My deepest condolences to your family...Words, however kind,
can't mend your heartache,but those who care and,share your loss wish you, comfort and peace of mind.
May you find strength,in the love of family,and in the warm embrace,of friends.
May you now watch over us from the squad room in the sky, and know:
Death leaves a heartache No one can heal;
Love leaves a memory, No one can steal

Brother W. Brown - Your time with us was cut tragically short by a coward and a thief who stole you from us, from your family, from your fellow Troopers, and from the community that meant so much to you. Words cannot express the anger and grief that all of us feel. Rest assured that the watch continued as we searched diligently through the morning hours and will not rest until we find your murderer. Walk your beat in Heaven Brother as you have served your time here with courage and pride - we will never ever forget.

"Be thou at Peace" Trooper Brown. May your family find some solace in the fact that you died exhibiting the highest degree of personal sacrifice for your fellow man. Hopefully this will over shadow the senseless, vicious act of violence perpetrated against you and society.

Sitting here typing this already feels surreal, I just dont believe that this actually happened. Im typing this reflection and looking at your picture at the same time and thinking to myself "I can just pick up the phone and call". Its just so hard...Just know that I would never forget you bro. And only a handfull of people know how we became friends. We all wish you had more time with us, watch over us. Until we meet again....Rest in Peacej

My heartfelt condolences go out to the family of this young man. I work with wonderful men and women each day who proudly wear a badge. One of these men is my future son-in-law (23 years old and 3 years of service) and I pray for his safety everyday, as well as the safety of all law enforcement. So sorry for the family's loss and for the department's loss.
