Everyone with a heart knows that the slaying of Bill was senseless but no one on this side of heaven can really understand the depth of your pain. The sorrow may be overwhelming but God will give you the grace to endure. Officer Evans and Sergeant Paudert are genuine heroes. They did the job and did it well knowing that the day that they would be called to make the ultimate sacrifice might arrive. I am praying that you as a family will know God's compassion and comfort in a way that you have never known it before. Thank you for giving Officer Evans to all of us.
