Reflections for Trooper Andrew C. Baldridge
A trooper's career cut way too short...a young man's life tragically ended way too soon. There are no good explanations and no magic words to take away the pain. My heart goes out to Trooper Baldridge's family, friends, and co-workers. Lean on one another...you will be each other's greatest comfort. Rest in Peace and God Speed Trooper Baldridge/

To the family of Trooper Baldridge - It is with deep and sincere sadness that I leave with you condolences. Words are never enough but they do help in the long, hard healing process...if there is such a thing.
I know that Trooper Baldridge truly loved his chosen profession and I know his family will always love him.
I truly do know the pain, and many other emotions, that you are feeling. Please know this...Andrew is a HERO and he will forever be in our hearts. Andrew lives. It is my personal religious conviction and testimony that this mortal life is not the end. I know that the day will come when you will be re-united with him.
My own son followed in my footsteps and was killed in the line of duty at the same age as Andrew. There is not a day that goes by when I don't think of him. There will be days when life itself seems so unfair and maybe not worth it, but I promise you (just as I have been promised)that many angels (seen and unseen) will buoy you up and help you to bear this cross. Please know that my family will be praying for you all. All our love, the Cory Figueroa family (family of fallen police officer Shane Cory Figueroa #8485 Phoenix PD EOW 10/25/08)

To the family of Trooper Baldridge, my heart goes out to you during this time of sorrow. I know all to well the feeling of loss have as my husband, Sgt. Marc Muncy of the Columbus Division of Police died in a car accident while responding to a backup call as well. Please know that there is an entire community of law enforcement officers and families who are wrapping their arms around you with love and support and they will be there for the weeks and months to come. My boyfriend is a pilot with the highway patrol and was called out last night to fly senior officers up to the hospital and accident site and so we learned early on about your loss. He was able to give me updates about all that was going on. Again, I am so very sorry for your loss.
