Yep that time again..The time I remember when I last hugged you or spoke to you ..There has not been one day that I have woken up since 2010 that I do not realize you are not here with me...When people told me it got easier, it did not, I have learned to deal with it, some days are better than others, still not a memory has passed that you have not been in it. So today we start the countdown 10 days..Had I known what I know today the only thing I would have changed is that you worked that night...

Dad I want you to know that I love and miss you just like the first day.... I wish things wouldnt had turned out the way they did but people continue to tell me everything happens for a reason...I am still looking for that reason.... I am not sure when the pain that I felt this day will every end or lesson...I am surely sorry that my girls will never know the love that I had known with you as my sole parent but I am trying.. Dad if I can be half of what you were to me than I have succeed beyond my wildest dreams.... I love and will always miss you however I will the pain would lessen some I have soooo much to tell you.....

Your heroism and service is honored today, the second anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Time never diminishes respect, and your memory will always be honored and revered. .
I pray for solace for all those that love and remember you for I know both the pain and pride are foreverk I hold your family in my heart's embrace today. Tracey, thanks for sharing a daughter's devotion to her beloved dad.

Well dad here Christmas New Year and the one year since well since the worst day I will ever experience have all past. I am sorry to say I still feel frozen in time without you I have tried avoiding the situation I have faced it and it is still like a bad nightmare. I think of you EVERYDAY and miss you more and more. I thought I was an adult at 30 I wasn't dad I was still depending on you in so many ways only you and I know. We both knew I was daddys little girl but geez I never knew how bad it would be when that day came. I long to hear the famous words you used to say when I did a bone head thing "good grief girl" I never viewed you as an officer and I am sorry but you came home and was just the best dad. That now just proves that you really are the best dad a girl could have because you came home after keeping yourself safe all night and it was all about me and a word was hardly said about work it was always just a normal night. God dad what was your normal nights like for all those years. I know you think you raised me stronger than to be on website crying my eyes out but truth be known you were my strength and I am trying but I never knew how much our hour calls meant and help me get thur my days. I love and miss you more than words can express.

It was just days ago that I became aware that your shift had been abruptly cut short and it was the final 10-42 call for the end of tour of duty.
My Friend, My Brother, one of My Mentors! You helped me develop well back when I spent my Rookie Patrolman training months with you. Our friendship and professional bond was always maintained over the longevity and distance to which our various assignments took us.
I always remember when you told me it was time for me to take the wheel and drive, as well as handle the radio, the traffic, and the 10-50’s. Well I guess once again I will have to go it alone until our paths cross at the final patrol ground for that permanent 10-25 with our Lord and Savior.
You go in Peace My Friend and know that I never faltered or waivered from the professionalism you instilled in me and the ethical standards you displayed and encouraged me to adopt. Matthew 5:9 is so often appropriately referenced at moments like this, and I hang onto to those words as I reflect back on your devotion and selflessness in the service and preservation of society.
Who would have thought when we traded Christmas cards in late December 2009 that yours would become a keepsake and cherished treasure for me during my remaining years? God Bless You Frank………Much Love from one of your protégés and Friends, I will miss you Greatly along the rest of this road, but will maintain the Vigilance you started and so Honorably continued to endeavor through the years.

I come to the ODMP often to remember my late fiancé Dennis. Every time I come here it breaks my heart to know that yet another officer has fallen and that yet another family has to live their lives without the officer they loved. My heart goes out to everyone who knew and loved Agent Glover. Know that you are not alone in the "journey" that you walk. Should you ever need anything please don't hesitate to contact me. (The Davis Co. Sheriff's Office in Iowa will always know how to reach me. I can also be found on Face Book.) You will be in my thoughts.
From reading the reflections left for Frank, he sounds like he was a great man with a beautiful spirit. Those of you who knew him in life were so blessed to have been able to share in it. I hope that you will all continue to find a way to celebrate and remember Frank's life and the MAN that he was. Remember that Frank's life was about so much more than the way he died. Frank will continue to live on as long as we continue to remember him.
Agent Glover, thank you for helping to make this world a little safer for us all. YOU will not be forgotten. Please continue to watch over all of us as only you can. If you happen to bump into my late fiancé Dennis up there give him a big hug for me and the kids. It's been seven years and a half years but he's still very much missed and forever loved.
