Trooper Jill Mattice,
Thank you for being a great human being. The New York State Police prides itself in having the best law enforcement has to offer. Jill you are the best of the best. As a NY State Trooper you helped those in need, and as a school resource officer with the State Police you touched the lives of hundreds of students. This world was a better place because of you!
“A hundred years from now it will not matter what kind of house we lived in, how much money we had, nor what my clothes were like, but the world may be a little better because I was important in the life of a child"
