I am at a loss for words. I loved and cherished every time we have hungout since we graduated. We had 6 months living together as academy roomates and never had a fight. Just alot of laughs and some pillow talk. Losing Jill is a huge loss to the State Police as well as the world. You were an angel on earth.... GOD SPEED.

Jill- It has been a pleasure having known you. I will always remember you as a truly genuine and down to earth individual with an upbeat personality, and a smile on your face. You have touched the lives of so many people both on and off this job. I am greatful to have known, and worked with you. I will not forget the time spent on the job working two shifts, and the laughs shared while on patrol.
I am very saddened over your loss, yet greatful for your service, and proud to have had the opportunity to serve with you in the grey bag.
You will not be forgotten. Jill, you epitomized the title of New York State Police Trooper. Although you will be missed we will go on continuing the work which you helped us carryout during your time in service.
Your family and friends are in our thoughts and prayers during this time of great loss and saddness. I have no doubts where you are now, and hope that the good Lord was there to meet you at the gates of Heaven!!!
Rest in Peace Jill!!!
