Six years have now passed and it is with little doubt your absence is as painful now as back then, but I know that those who knew and loved you most have kept you close in their hearts and minds.

Hay Corp. Though I only had a brief time to meet you when you first joined the department. While I worked at the Betsy Ross Bridge and did not see you often I felt you would make a good and caring Officer. You did not prove me wrong.
You are not watching over you fellow officers and some day when we all meet again, I hope they have a double D up there so we can have a cup together.
May the Lord Jesus Christ bless you and bring strength to your family. You will never be forgotten my brother.
I am proud to have served in the same department as you and the other great officers of the DRPA Police.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the second anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Your memory will always be honored and revered for time never diminishes respect. I pray for solace for all those who love and miss you for I know both the pain and pride are forever.
Rest In Peace
