From one policing family to another, may Trooper Richey rest in peace. My husband is a police officer here in Canada, but was formerly with LVMPD. We lost an officer on duty here last week, and the tragedy is still fresh within our hearts. May you all heal and be blessed by Trooper Richey's blue light that will now shine down upon you, keeping you safe as he patrols the streets of heaven. Prayers and strength to you all, and be safe.

Our hearts and prayers are with the wife and children of Tpr. Richey. He was a very nice man, as I sometimes saw him on occasion from time to time. He worked at the same barracks as my fallen husband also did. May God be with you at this difficult time.
