I just wanted to say how much I have been praying for Duane Dalton's family and how proud I am to be the wife of a Louisiana State Trooper. They put their lives on the line everyday they step into that uniform. I cannot understand your grief at this time, but I can only image what you are going through. Just rest assured that you are in good hands with Louisiana State Police, they are a great family. May he rest in peace and keep watch over his family and friends from above. To the family members of Trooper Duane Dalton and the LSP force -- my heart and prayers go out to everyone. God Bless you as you go thru this rough time in your life. Trooper Dalton will now continue to "walk the beat" on heaven's streets with my brother CPL K-9 Officer Mark Beck (BRPD) E.O.W. 2/25/08. As I was told about Mark to remember that "he is an angel sitting right there on our shoulders each and everyday" and will continue to watch over us from above. He will never be forgotten and may he R.I.P. with all our fallen heroes!!!
