On this 125th “anniversary” of your untimely departure we say thank you for your service and please know that no passage of time will ever erase your sacrifice. While your assailant may have never been brought to justice here on earth, he surely faced a higher justice at a later time in a different place. Rest In Peace always.

Time may have passed but you are not forgotten. I believe as long as someone remembers you or speaks your name, you are still with us.
Thank you for your heroism.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the one hundred and fifteenth anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Rest In Peace

The current officers of the NUPD remember you and your long over due credit that you rightfully should have gotten many years ago. Rest easy brother.
