May the Governor that commuted the killer's 95 year prison sentence attend the funeral of all the slain officers and explain to the families that the killer deserved a second chance! I could only hope that the killer is shown the same mercy he cowardly displayed when he stole the lives of these brave Police Officers.

It is difficult now ,as in the past, to suffer through such loss.Looks like Lakewood officers are up to the challenge and risk that the call to duty & service entail. God Bless those officers whose hearts are breaking a million times more than mine.Years down the line all of you, along with me will openly sob at the loss.....Words aren*t coming easy so I will just say all previous posts conveyed most of what I wanted to pass on to officers and family.
