I lost my husband (Det. Jarrod B. Shivers) on 1/17/08 and it was the most difficult time of my life...Your husband Mark was a true hero and he did a job that not everyone can do...It takes a very "special" person and he filled those shoes...Just always keep his memory alive with not how he died but in the way he lived...That has truly helped me deal with the pain and loss...
