Reflections for Police Officer Timothy Q. Brenton
Tim, your sacrifice has not been forgotten. I once heard a police chief eulogize another fallen brother by saying he didn't loose his life, he gave it! You gave your life in the service of the citizens and visitors to Seattle. You made the choice to put your uniform on day in and day out and take a stand against evil...and for that you will never be forgotten!
Rest easy brother, we have the watch!

RIP, gone but not forgotten!!! How fast the past two years have gone since the start of a horrible time in so many WA LEO's lives. It is hard for me to sit in my patrol car for any period of time and not think of you....

May you, the Brenton family, know that you are in my prayers and thoughts as this first anniversary of Officer Brenton's shooting death is upon us. As a member of the law enforcement community, I wish to convey my ongoing sympathy and prayers to you. The two children that have been left in your care need to know what an outstanding man their father was and that his memory will live for ever in the hearts and minds of those he touched and even those who did not personally know him. May God be with his soul and with each of you.
