My deepest condolences to the family and the department.
WE truley have lost one of the good guys. This was a man to look up to! We need more police on the streets like Chad..He was a great man first and cop second. I had the brief "honor" of meeting Officer Spicer by way of traffic stop. I have met many officers before but this guy was one in a million. He will be missed by so many...

To Remember the Fallen

to remember the fallen
is not to remember how they fell
but to remember why and for what

to remember the fallen
is not only to remember their actions
but to remember the dream for which they fought

to remember the fallen
is not to remember how they fought
but to remember who they fought for

to remember the fallen
is to remember their reason
to remember their dreams
and to remember those they fought to save

to remember the fallen
we continue their fight
we carry their dreams
and we finish what they start

Chad- It seems like just yesterday you were the 16 year old kid doing ride alongs with me at the Georgetown PD. You are a great friend and are going to missed beyond words. You were truly one of the greatest cops I ever worked with, and are going to missed deeply by your extended family in blue. Rest in Peace my fallen brother, while you are gone you will never be forgotten. We will continue the fight on the streets just as you have done for the past years.
