This was a very hard day to go to work, but this is what we do. We have lost a GREAT friend and a GREAT police officer. A wife lost a GREAT husband, and a child lost a GREAT father. My heart goes out to the Roberts family,friends and co-workers in the mourning of Corporal Mike Roberts. I thank him for his service to protect the citizens and their loved ones. His passing really makes me reflect on just what officers might face every single day out there and me hearing it on the other end. Something I pray I never have to experience.
