To most people he was officer Cannon but to me he was my most handsome brother or just plan ole joe joe. It is unfortunate that most of the people who have written did not know him personally but he was a wonderful person and through all this I have a greater respect for all officers in what they do for us citizens. Joe was a good officer, brother and dad and we were blessed to have him for a short time but will get to see him again and thats what gets me through the hard days. As a added note I would like to say thank you to all those that have sent their condolences.
