I CAN REMEMBER ALLEN AS PART OF OUR SAFETY PATROL AT CONTENTNEA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. HE WAS ALWAYS A PROTECTOR AND ENFORCING RULES AT A VERY YOUNG AGE. I TAUGHT HIS SISTER KELLY IN KINDERGARTEN AND ALLEN WOULD ALWAYS MAKE SURE SHE WAS SAFELY TO HER CLASS. ALLEN HAD A GREAT MENTOR IN HIS FATHER, RICKY, WHO WAS ALSO AN HONORED DEPUTY FOR LCSD. HE SERVED WITH MY DECEASED FATHER-IN-LAW, HORACE A.
HOWARD. JOY, HIS MOTHER WAS ALWAYS VERY INVOLVED WITH HER CHILDREN AND SO PROUD OF ALL THEIR ACCOMPLISHMENTS. I CANNOT IMAGINE THE LOSS JOY,KELLY,RICKY AND FAMILY ARE DEALING WITH AT THIS DIFFICULT TIME. I JUST WANTED YOU TO KNOW HOW ALLEN HAS TOUCHED SO MANY LIVES FROM EARLY CHILDHOOD. HE WILL BE MISSED BUT ALWAYS REMEMBERED A HERO FOR PROTECTING OUR LIVES AND COMMUNITY.
FAITH, FAMILY, AND FRIENDS WILL GUIDE YOU NOW.
IN MEMORY,
BELINDA BRANCH HOWARD
