Stu I was shocked to hear of your passing. It was 22 years ago we said goodbye to Sgt. JD Bock 110 September 9, 1987 and tonight I find myself saying goodbye to you too. You were not out of the academy yet when JD passed, but over the years I lived and worked in broadcasting at K99 and KOUL I met you a number of times and admired your dedication. I am so sad to know you were taken in such a way, but I know that you were a man who worked daily with strength and valor. I will never forget either of you, and I know tonight you guys are catching up on alot of lost time. LT. find peace in Heaven, and prayers to the Alexander family and every Corpus Christi Police Officer....Your Community "Thanks You" Goodbye Brother..O,O,

Hey Lt.
Sitting outside the funeral home where you currently are located thinking of you. A few months after I graduated the academy in 1990, I road with you. That is the first time I got to know you. Then when you became a supervisor, I was placed on your shift, probably around 2002. I really enjoyed the months out in Annaville where you and I on several occations took down meth labs, armed robbers and such. Your ability to always smile and say something to make me laugh will be remembered. You put your heart and soul into police work and this department. Your family should know you were doing what you loved when you passed on. I know you are smiling down on me and with that certain tone of voice telling me its going to be ok.

It is with a heavy heart that I pray for the family and friends of Lt. Stuart J. Alexander of the Corpus Christi Police Department, Texas. God has called home a generous, kind man to rest and be with those who have gone on before him. He will be a new creature in Christ, and will never again feel any pain. We all can share in his victorious life and know that friends and family will reunited because of the Cross of Calvary. Until then, rest dear brother and thank you for your service. God bless.
