Lt. Stuart Alexander was what I call a working Lt. He was respected by his men for not sitting back and taking it easy. It is apparent that on that night of the incident he was very much involved as he always was. I liked that young man and he was very smart and a great law enforcement officer. There no doubt that he could have gone much further in his career. But the good lord had bigger plans for Stuart so with that said. May you rest in peace my friend, will all be together again some day with a different assignment in the lords house. Amen !

My son is a member of the newly formed CCPD Explorers Post #0002, in your honor. I found this sight when trying to get more information as the Post is planning a remembrance. My daughter is a cadet in the 71st Academy & I couldn't be prouder. She has two uncles who are retired police officers. You honorably chose to "Protect & Serve" and I hope my daughter will be as good an officer as you were. You will never be forgotten.

Stuart,
Sorry I did not find this site sooner brother. I was infomed the morning you were killed and it brought back memories of Danny Bock and Ruben Almanza, Juan Prieto.
I know you are with them and hope you guys save a place for all of us to someday meet again. You were one hard nosed good cop. One of Corpus Christi's finest.
God bless you, Vickie and your family.

Brother,
I just learned of your sacrifice today. I am shedding a tear for you now. I want your family to know, as I am sure they already do, that you were one of the most honorable men I have ever known. I have always held you in the highest regard. If I ever needed to know what was right or wrong, I just asked myself "What would Stuart do?" I should have listened to you when you tried to get me to stay with CCPD. I will forever regret not being by your side in your time of need as you were for me many times. I love you brother. Watch over all of us.

Dear Stuart, it has been over 2 years since your premature departure and it still hurts. You were taken from us too soon and we still mourn you. I keep in contact with Vickie all the time and know she misses you and loves you deeply. You were a good person as no other human being could be. You are with God now along with all of our other fallen Heroes.
Rest In Peace.
