PPD...You have had it tough for the past 16 months, yet you continue to do the hard work you do. Officer Pawlowski, it's not fair the way you were taken from your family so soon. Rest In Peace.

I was in South Jersey when I heard the news, and one of the newscasters said there are no tears in Heaven left for PPD. Too many senseless deaths in the last 2 years in Philadelphia. I saw a clip of what you did on that SEPTA bus just a year earlier. You are a cop's cop and a hero. Rest in peace, brother. Condolences to your family, friends and co-workers.

I send my heartfelt condolences to the family of Officer Pawlowski, as well his fellow officers in the Philadelphia Police Department. At only 25 years of age, this young man entered the lions den with courage and honor and gave his life...the ultimate sacrifice to the citizens he swore to protect. Let his example be a shining light for all...that even in these times of uncertainty in the world, there are still those among us willing to meet the highest attainable values...honor, duty, and self sacrifice. His life must be remembered, cherished, and learned from. God bless you, Officer Pawlowski. Thank you for your service and dedication.
