To the Family and Friends of Capt. Rick Cashin,

I want you to know that he was not alone, I was there as a brother and a friend in his last moments of life. It pains me to wish I could have done something to help but felt so helpless. I've only met him once but always saw him at the pond enjoying a great day at the beach. In my one time speaking to him, he came across as a great man who carried a great presence when he was around. I pray for the family in this rough time.
