Agent Sherman, today marks the 88th anniversary of your passing due to the actions of filth. It does not say here what the final outcome was for the two who were responsible for your murder, but we can only hope true justice was served, if not on this Earth, then in the Afterlife.

Thank you for your service to this nation both as a Marine and as a protector of one of America's greatest assets, it's Railroads.

God Bless and may your eternal rest be ever peaceful, Brother.

To fully appreciate the heroes of the present, we must recognize our heroes of the past. Your heroism and service is honored today, the 86th anniversary year of your death. I am priviliged to be among the first to leave a tribute to you. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered. Rest In Peace.

Ford was my grandfather whom I never met. He was killed in the line of duty when my father, William Duane Sherman, was not even five years of age. I am attempting to get a photograph for this memorial page. Stories of Ford's job from my grandmother were instrumental in my decision to enter law enforcement back in the 70's. Thank you, grandpa.
