It is never planned to leave our community for Gods kingdom and although you loved your old partner Stephan neither you or your family planned your reunion this soon. Rest assured your brothers and sisters in law enforcement will care for your family as you did for Stephans. You and Stephan will never be forgotten by your brothers and sisters left behind and your loyalty, your honor, your dedication and your integrity will serve as a standard for those who follow in our ranks. As you get to know all our heroic brothers and sisters there with you in Gods police department give them all a hug for those left behind. Your loving spirit will live on.
In Christ, Tom Bradley

I broke down in tears when I heard this on the morning news. My heart is breaking for these families. It seems impossible to me that I am leaving yet another reflection for a Philly cop. How can this be? My heart & prayers go out to the loved ones of Sgt. Timothy Simpson. It is just too, too soon to loose another HERO in blue. To all the rest of our brave brothers in blue thank you for protecting our city. You have nothing but my respect and admiration for the work that you do!!!!!!!
