To the family of Officer Charles Skinner, I know we might never know why such a senseless thing had to happen, just as we in your law enforcement family ponder the same thought, but I have to think that Charles is looking down upon us with the rest of our fallen brothers and sisters and still keeping us safe every night. I pray for your family and your babies as you go through this time. God Bless...

I would like to extend my sincere condolences to the family of Officer Skinner and to his brothers in blue. I pray for God's loving arms to surround each and every one of you during this very sad time and in the days, months and years ahead. I pray that you will feel God's presence even after the comfort of your friends and family's loving arms no longer feel as close as they are right now.
My family and I are so greatful for the men and women who serve our country daily, protecting us from citizens who have lost their way...
I know words cannot express your sorrow, nor can anyone comprehend the anguish you are feeling...I pray that in time, God will help you remember all of the "best" times you shared with Officer Skinner and replace all of your tears with smiles.
Please accept my condolences and know that all of you are in my family's thoughts and prayers.
Love In Christ,

Rachelle Sampere

I know you will be watching over your family and giving them the strength, courage and love to move thru this tragedy.
Rest in peace, your brothers and sisters in blue will continue the 'watch' and you will forever be remembered and loved.
