Frank,

In the short time we worked together you made a big impact upon my life. People told me that I was lucky to be on your squad because you always took care of your troops. Thanks for all of the advice you shared, along with all of the laughs. I will never forget you.

Frank Stecco will be greatly missed by the many people he reached out to with a smile and friendly remarks. I often saw him working on his property, building and crafting, and creating yet another project for his children. He took the time to be nice to others and for that reason alone, was a remarkable man. As long as we hold him in our thoughts and prayers, he will endure. It is most important that we let his family know that we intend to honor him this way. It is in his everyday kindnesses that we find the true generosity of his spirit.

Frank.. I just don't have the words. I have been so saddened by this tragedy. I was so hopeful that you'd turn up ok somewhere.. I know you were a guy who could take care of yourself! I have been thinking of and praying for your wife and children. I wish I didn't know the pain she will endure for the days, weeks and years to come. May God Bless your family and give them the strength they will need to get through this awful situation. I will never forget those nights workin' Mids with you at Franconia. You were a great cop.. and you were always there to help out teach a young rookie officer, such as I was at the time. You left an impression on me, Frank. Thank you for your years of service to the FCPD. God Bless your soul and rest in peace, brother. Tell Bubba I really miss him.

2Lt. Stecco, sir, I am still praying for a miraclous recovery. Still praying you'll be found alive. Sadly, but most importantly, if everything is "as it is", then I pray that something good can imerge from this. Your family is in my heart and prayers. Your children, your wife... God Bless them and be with them right now. As much as the "unknown" is roaring through the minds of all your coworkers, it is much worse on your family. I pray for relief of the pain. I may have not known you, but you are still a brother and if it is "as it is", then you will not be forgotten.

God Bless Everyone
