Ofc Bremer thank you sir for your service. I as a young boy always wanted to be in police work but was unable to secure a career so I can appreciate your desire to be a cop. I have the deepest respect for any one that will put their life in harms way day in and day out to keep the peace, protect our property and enforce the laws. Our society can ill afford to loose men and women such as you and I know that your fellow officers of the Frederick City Police and Frederick County Sheriffs Officer all notice an empty desk. As a citizen of the Frederick county area your service is deeply appreciated and God Bless you.
Thank you to all those officers that may read this God Speed to you and carry on for this fine officer.

My Great-Grandfather John H. Adams was the last officer to pay the ultimate price in Frederick City. We always hope that it will never have to happen again. When it does, it truly is heartbreaking for all. Officer Bremer, thank you for your service and dedication to the citizens of Frederick. You truly are a hero. Thoughts and prayers to your family and friends. God speed.

Officer First Class Bremer,
Rest in Peace. You will always be remembered. Thank you for your loyal service. I know God is watching over your family and we will be too.
Bremer Family and FCPD:
So close are the angels to those that grieve.
So close in Heaven to those who believe.
‘Tho difficult it is to see past your sorrow,
Memories will help to comfort your tomorrow.
For love leaves a path that no one can steal,
And time is the element that it takes to heal.
The heartfelt tears you feel today
Is the delight you felt from yesterday.
When sorrow comes, just look above
Tears belong to those who had love.

No one knows why we as officers do what we do, but I know that it truly comes from the heart, and we give our all.. Richard Bremer gave just that his all...
For today we say good-bye to one of those like others who sincerely gave there all.. You go to rest in the arms of our Father above, yet we here all know that you are doing more than resting, for you are still in service watching over us from the heavens ensuring that we continue to do serve with heart and compassion... Called home to be with Him who gave you the true to life calling to be of service to others...
May our Father above bless those who loved you and those who served with you... For them to know that as they get back into their cruisers to know that you are still riding along side them and watching over them...
Thank you for your giving heart, and may those who served with you be blessed and protected as they like you give of there all to those whom we don't even know... and a few that we do....
