Officer Tome, thank you for your service and dediction.
This is further proof that this world is moving so fast that we don't slow down to see what is going on around us. It's time people take off their 'it's all about me' blinders and open our eyes to our fellow human beings. What a senseless accident and death this was.
Rest in peace Officer Tome.

Dodi,
My deepest sympathies to you and your family. Dave was a great guy and wonderful father. It has been awhile since high school when we would see each other everyday... man that seems forever ago! Dave and I running track and you, Wendy and Teresa hanging out. I treasure those memories and seemingly carefree times.
I can in no way begin to understand your grief over the loss of a husband, but if there is anything I can do, please let me know.
May God bless you in these troubling days and I pray you find some peace and understanding out of this tragedy.
With my love & sympathy,
Chris Detwiler
