To the family of Officer Bruce Harrolle,

Please know my thoughts and prayers are with you all. I know from experience that words won't take the pain away or maybe even ease it. Just know that you have a multitude of law enforcement family who love you. To Officer Harrolle's parents, my heart breaks for you, I too know what it's like to loose a son. My son's End of Watch was just a month ago and I wish I could tell you the pain ends. Please know I'm holding you in my heart and prayers and know your son is home now with brothers that have gone before him and will always be a hero.
With deepest sympathy,
Kim Weigand

Sacrifice is never in vain when in the cause of freedom and in service to others. Ofc. Harrolle will be remembered for his infectious smile, selfless dedication to duty, incredible work-ethic, and high standards of personal conduct. Although we will never be able to fathom the "why" of the tragedy, we take solace in the immutable knowledge that he positively impacted hundreds of lives and served with auspicious grace and devotion. He will be deeply missed. His legacy lives beyond his life on Earth. May God bless your family and provide comfort in this time of need. It was my honor to serve with you. Rest in peace.

I did not know Bruce but his spouse, Angela, was my partner and is a good friend. I hope she and her children weather this storm and that they will come to focus on the things about Bruce that made them love him. May they find strength in those memories, in their family, and in their friends.
