Trooper Lippy, I want to thank-you and pray for you and your family at this such a very sad time. In the long run its not how or why you died thats important. Is how you lived and what you did with your time here that is important. You saved more lives in your short career, than many officers do during their long careers. Rest in Peace young man and watch over us.

Mickey, I was fortunate enough to be assigned on your work group when coming to Westminster. I also was lucky enough to be assigned your marked car later on when you were assigned an unmarked. Your marked car was spotless and had 2 coats of wax! Those times that I did work the lower end patrol with you guys when you were short were fun times. Please look over us from up there...you are going to be missed down here.
