Deputy Thompson - Sounds like you stood tall and did not back down. Two Fridays ago, I stood in the State Assembly hall when they voted on a motion in regards to next month's Peace Officers Memorial week. Your name was one of the almost 250 read off. Thank you for your service to the people of Las Animas County and the State of Colorado. You are not forgotten. May God Grant you eternal rest and may His perpetual light shine upon you.
