I grew up in PG County in Upper Marlboro, and try to keep tabs with what goes on back home. I was sad to hear of the passing of Corporal Findley and it sickens me to read of the depths people will take to avoid being held accountable for their actions. Rest in peace, Richard, for your fellow brothers in blue will take the watch from here. You are and will always be remembered for your sacrifice.
