We had the privilege of knowing Officer Bahr from the Police Department, Damage Inc., and Combat Solutions. He absolutely lit up a room with his enthusiasm, strength, bravery, and wit. It can not be said enough that he was one of the nicest and most courageous men you could ever have the honor of knowing. To his family you are in our thoughts and prayers. My thoughts and prayer's go out to everyone who knew and loved Todd. Rest In Peace Brother H. Marshall#330

We grieve with your community at the loss of your officer. We grieve with Ofc. Bahr's family for a death so tragic and senseless that reaches so deep into the fabric of their lives. Todd's death was not in vain as any sacrifice in the prusuit of freedom, liberty and justice is never hollow and meaningless. The greater battle is against good and evil. Good must triumph and good warriors will come home on their shields in defense of the weak and liberty. In the end, he is mourned but temper the loss with the power of his selfless act. Hero is often overused, but not here.
God bless you all,

To the Bahr family my sincere condolences at the loss of your loved one. And, to the members of the Fredericksburg Police Department I share your pain, but despite the loss we must carry on for Todd.
Goodbye to a Fallen Brother-
"Rest in peace my brother, your duty is now done, God hath called you home again as he did his only son.
It's time to sleep my brother, and rest with those above, for an angel has taken your place today, so God can show you his love.
You have done well my brother, you met death square in the eye, but it still hurts to think of you and many of us will cry.
Goodbye my dear brother, your duty is now complete, do not despair, you're not alone for soon we all shall meet."
