Les was my uncle and he was the best uncle anyone could ever ask for. he was always there when i needed him no matter what time it was or where i was at, he would be there..he was my protector and always watched out for me, and i know he is still watching me and protecting me. he just wanted me to make the right decisions. he loved my son just as much as he loved me. I miss him so much and I love him so much and I always will. He was the best police officer known. he was always there when people needed help. he had a heart of gold and cared about everyone he met. he will be dearly missed! i will never forget him! i am the luckiest woman to be able to call him my uncle and my hero....I love you uncle Les and I Miss you so much!

Sgt. Wilmott set the scale for the members of this department higher then ever with his dedication to training and moral standards.

I was extremely fond of this man and at times felt that he was actually in charge of the Kiefer Police Department as I frequently went to him for advise.

I will miss him so much.

Jesus is with us in our most difficult moments,
With His Hand out streached, He welcome us to
His embrance, to His great Peace and Love,
And he consoles us tenderly with the presences
of His Angels.
Only the Lord can fully understand the dept of
your sadness, Only His healing Love can ease your pain.
But I want to know that my heart is heavy, too
I care for you and pray for you everyday.
I will not leave you comforless I will come to you.
John 14:18
