Reflections for Special Agent Aaron Garcia
My brothers served as a peace officer for 13 years. He was devoted to his job and his family. He loved his two boys and two girls. He was a loving husband, father, son and brother. My brother always wanted to help others, that was his nature. In behalf of the family I want to thank everyone for your kind and loving words. My big brother is gone now; Bro rest in peace like your brothers in law enforcement say, they'll take it from here. You watch is over.
I love you Bro
Your little brother.

To the family and friends of Aaron, I offer my condolences to all of you. I had the pleasure of meeting Aaron while working p/t security several years ago when he was with El Centro P.D. Aaron saw me standing watch in the sun on a Sunday afternoon while on patrol and stopped by to chat. He then said i'll be back, 15 min. later he brought me a cold soda from the local 7-11. From then on I saw Aaron here and there and eventually met up again at the local college for a class. We sat next to each other and we ended up getting kicked-out of class for the evening due to uncontrollable laughs while drawing pictures of various characters. I also had the pleasure of partnering up on several occasions with his brother Art while we served for Gold Cross Ambulance Service as EMT's. As a former police and correctional officer myself, I have lost a few friends along the way. I consider Aaron one of those friends as well. Aaron, watch over all that cared, loved and enjoyed your company while you were here with us, as you did when performing your duties where ever you served. Rest in peace my friend!

Agent Garcia, your accident left the world a little less cheerful. Your wife and children have lost a person that can never be replaced. Your department may replace your body, but your soul can NEVER be replaced. Railroad cops are some of the finest people in law enforcement and you all protect one of our most vital resources as a nation, our rails. So much depend on the railroads and the people who protect them are never given enough of the credit that you all so much deserve.
You are a hero and will not be forgotten by those who know and love you, by those who worked with you and by those of us who visit this wonderful site. God Bless you and your loved ones and may you Rest in Peace, Brother.
