Sarge, I am not a member of the Philadelphia Police Department. I am not even in the area. But rest assured we, the law enforcement family, will find this guy. We will do it for your service and your family. We will not rest. To your family, friends and fellow officers, god be with you. Talk to him, he will help. I know times may seem really bad, and they are. But with God on your side, help is only a prayer away. See you on the other side sarge.
