Rest in peace, Tom. You gave your all for your career and your fellow officers. Your family knows that you gave the ultimate sacrifice doing what you loved. That does not make it easier to get through the days without you, but it does allow us all to remember that you were a proud member of the RPD family/team.

To the family of Officer Clark,
There are no words that I could put to express the sorrow and pain of hearing about Tom's passing.I was Tom's first supervisor on the RPD and he was a pleasure to work with.
He was very ambitious and had his sights on higher goals.
He deserves to be honored and given his rightous place as a RPD Past Hero. Rest in Peace Tom, You are still in my prayers.

RIP Officer Clark, you will be missed but never forgotton.
To his daughters and wife, know that Tom is watching over us and smiling down when those warm rays of sunlight touch your face. Although I never knew Tom I am sure he was a great Police Officer, husband, father and friend. The men and women of the NYPD are here for you and you will be in our hearts and prayers.

GOD BLESS YOU TOM, YOU WOULD HAVE MADE A GREAT K9 OFFICER. YOU HELPED OUT A FRIEND OF MINE IN THE PAST VIA YOUR PRIOR CONTACTS, THAT'S WHAT A BROTHER OFFICER DOES. I'M SO GLAD YOU GOT YOUR HONORS. KEEP YOUR WATCH ON US FROM HEAVEN, WE CAN SURE USE IT.

I visit this site alot, in support of fallen officers and their families. This just tears my heart out to see loved ones so hurt for thier lost loved ones. it makes me want to cry, cause I really can feel your pain!
But I was led here by the passing of my cousin and god! I was born to serve god and speard his word. Please, I pray you all have found some comfort in god! God loves you more than anything and all he is asking is your love in return. That is something that costs us nothing, but maybe the only thing some of us has to give. He deserves that! He desires that!
To officer Clark....You are a hero, now and forever! I only hope I can shake your hand one day in heaven.

Hey,
I wanted to thank you for being instrumental in my decision to attend Niagara U. You made a huge emphasis on individuals striving for higher education and I will never forget. Seems like coffee sessions and softball nights were yesterday. I always think of you when I look at that railroad bridge and that night: apprehension despite pain. Thank you Tom.

Tom,
It's hard to believe it's been a little over two years. I'll never forget getting that phone call and then starting the procees of making phone calls myself.
Since that night we have been there for your family and we will remain there for them.
