Reflections for Police Officer Thomas Frederick Ballman
Tom was an outstanding individual with a strong commitment to his family, friends, and his community. It was with great pleasure and enjoyment that I worked along with him as an explorer advisor. I know he truly cared for all those he came in contact with. Tom will be missed. Godspeed

Tom was my ex' cousin and I always enjoyed seeing him at family functions. He was such a wonderful, fun and caring person and his passing breaks my heart. I can't imagine the pain that Cindy and his children are enduring right now. I pray that they can find a place of peace during this time. My deepest condolences. Kelley Green
