As a retired Sgt. from L.A.P.D. and as someone who knew Randy from when I worked at Southeast Div., I was deeply saddened to hear of his passing yesterday. On behalf of all the employees at the Riverside County District Attorney's Office especially the retired L.A.P.D. Although you are gone your job is not done. Like those that have gone before you, you will be called upon one day by on Officer who is scard and alone in the dark looking for comfort and someone to show them the way home.
