Reflections for Sergeant Richard C. LeBow
My sympathy an prayers are with your family and fellow troopers at Troop H. What can I say, I remember my days as a patrol officer standing on the side of a highway being instructed on accident investigations by you. Freezing together working wrecks in the snow. It is hard to lose a fellow officer, even worse when it is one you know. Keep the highways safe in Heaven Sgt. LeBow, you will me greatly missed.
