Ruth,Randy,Brandi,Chad I dont even know where to start. At least we know the streets of Heaven are safe now. I am so sorry to hear about this it just breaks my heart. I awoke about 4:00 am this morning and was listening to my Scanner and when I heard about this I just got this feeling it was someone I knew. I never imagined it to be Dustin.
